Poor kitty...

She just can't win. This night Trupie was looking at her teeth and accidentally poked her in the eye (right eye). It was so swollen and owie looking. Yet, after he was asleep, she still choose to sleep with him! What a sweet kitty. Thanks Jesus for picking the right kitty for us!!

Unfortunately

We discovered on day two that kitty Periwinkle had fleas...a LOT of them. So after bathing and combing and picking through, we decided the best way to make sure we got them all and didn't get any back was to give the poor thing a terrible hair cut. Note to everyone, clippers don't cut kitty hair well. I ended up having to do the majority of the hair cut with scissors. It worked
pretty good though, I was able to see two straglers the next day and get them right away...and bath her again. We dusted our furniture and washed everything...so pray with us that we've got the fleas all GONE!
